二氢吡啶类钙拮抗剂，用于高血压及心绞痛。方法1：酰氯法。2.5g(-)-2，6-二甲基-4-(3-硝基苯基)-l，4-二氢吡啶-3，5-二羧酸单甲酯(Ⅰ)和0.57ml氯化亚砜，在二氯甲烷-二甲基甲酰胺中反应，得酰氯(Ⅱ)。(Ⅱ)和1.51g(+)-1-苄基-3-羟基哌啶反应2h，酸化后得2.72g(+)-α贝尼地平盐酸盐。同样可得(-)-贝尼地平盐酸盐。 方法2：常法环合。把侧链做成相应的乙酰乙酸酯(Ⅲ)。 再将(Ⅲ)和3-硝基苯甲醛及3-氨基丁烯酸甲酯，在异丙醇中加热，环合生成贝尼地平。
